strangely out of place
I restarted my my Project 365 for 2011. So far, I'm on track.

Batanes is that kind of place where you know you haven’t left the country, yet you feel like you just did.
It’s nearer to Taiwan than Luzon, and is blessed with landscapes that beg to be photographed, or more accurately, landscapes that a photographer and his or her camera would readily capture.
Going there is quite an experience—a beautiful island with a sprawling view of both oceans, fresh sea food, rolling landscapes punctuated by mercurial weather and, friendly people who have ready smiles when you meet them.
I plan to go back there someday. The entire place, the fresh and delicious food, and most importantly, the very nice people—-one can’t help but really feel at home.
Mag kikita din tayo, Batanes.
